We had wanted to pass a long, huge thank you to your ACL Logistics personnel from a delivery we had received today. There were 2 individuals and unfortunately we did not get their names, but hoping information provided below will allow you to figure out who they are and pass this along to their supervisor. We noted “ACL Logistics” on the side of the delivery truck.
We had a dishwasher delivered in Edmonton today, with the old dishwasher removed. We realized after they left that we had forgotten to remove something from the old dishwasher. We were able to get a hold of the delivery driver, and he was able to return to our home so we could retrieve the item. I suspect that most individuals would have just said “sorry, can’t help you” so we greatly appreciate the extra effort they went to; to come back so we could retrieve our item.
It seems a rare commodity these days to receive excellent customer service, so we wanted to reach out to recognize the 2 individuals involved. Greatly appreciated.

The delivery team was professional, punctual and helpful. ACL Logistics called me in the morning and the delivery guys contacted me half an hour prior to delivery. They were right on time.
They moved the fridge smoothly. They also helped me figure out how to fit the Samsung fridge I had purchased, otherwise I would have had to return the fridge. The 3 gentlemen even helped me move my old fridge out of the way when I told them I had surgery and l had no means or ability to move it myself. So courteous and kind!
